The homeowners wanted to unlock the unused roof space while refreshing the existing three-bedroom property from top to bottom. The brief combined a spacious mansard conversion with a wider internal renovation, including a new kitchen and bathroom, all finished as one cohesive home.
Our Solution
Max Space rebuilt and extended the roof structure to form the mansard level, introducing generous headroom, rooflights and a bright new bedroom. Structural steelwork, timber framing, insulation and interior finishing were coordinated with the renovation below. A contemporary dark-grey kitchen, herringbone floor and cleanly detailed bathroom complete the transformation.
